The Corsicans think little of the North Africans. However, Malik comes under their protection after he is forced to complete an assignment for them: the murder of Reyeb, a hostile witness in the next cell block. Although the victim haunts Malik for years afterward, Luciani offers Malik protection, and enlists him to make coffee and play cards with his gang. When the bulk of the Corsicans are transferred or released, Luciani calls on Malik, who has secretly been studying Corsican, to be his eyes and ears in the prison, eventually arranging day-long furloughs for Malik that allow him to conduct Luciani's business on the outside. He and Terry decide to investigate the light from the roof of the highrise, where they see several alien ships descend over the blue lights and vacuum up thousands of entranced humans. Moon (2009)

Moon is a 2009 British science fiction film about a man who experiences a personal crisis as he nears the end of a three-year solitary stint mining helium-3 on the far side of the Earth's moon.

Plot:
Sam Bell (Sam Rockwell) is an employee contracted by Lunar Industries to extract helium-3 from lunar regolith, for much-needed clean energy back on Earth, leaving behind his wife Tess (Dominique McElligott), who was pregnant with their daughter, Eve, when he left Earth. He is stationed for three years at the largely automated "Sarang" lunar base ("sarang" means 'love' in Korean[7]), with only a robotic assistant named GERTY (equipped with a chatterbot voiced by Kevin Spacey) for company. A chronic long-range communications satellite failure limits him with only occasional recorded transmissions to and from Earth, as fixing the link is not among Lunar Industries' priorities. Two weeks before completing his contract, Sam begins to hallucinate, briefly seeing a teenage girl on the station. During a routine rover excursion to retrieve the full canisters of helium-3 from one of the automated harvesting machines, he sees a figure standing on the lunar surface and, distracted, he crashes his rover into the harvester, losing internal atmosphere. Sam hurriedly switches on his suit's life support system before losing consciousness.
